Billing At UTOPIAFiber

Welcome to UTOPIA Fiber! We do billing a little different here so here’s an overview of what you can expect:

UTOPIA Fiber BillingBasics

    • You will be receiving 2 bills every month for your internet services. 1 from UTOPIA Fiber and 1 from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
    • The bill from UTOPIA Fiber will be a flat $30 billed through Xpress Bill Pay every month (If you live in Woodland Hills your bill will be a little different check out the Woodland Hills Pricing Page to learn more).
    • You will receive an email invoice from us at the beginning of every month stating the balance due. This email invoice will also have your account number which is needed to login into Xpress Bill Pay to pay your balance.
    • The bill from your ISP will vary depending on the plan you choose with them and will be charged through the billing company of their choice. You’ll want to make sure you contact your ISP to see how they handle billing. You can find their contact information here.

How To Pay YourBill

Like we mentioned before, the bill you receive from us will be billed through Xpress Bill Pay. You will need to create an account with Xpress Bill Pay to login and pay your bill every month. Here’s how you set up your Xpress Bill Pay Account in three easy steps:

Step 1: Sign up for Xpress Bill Pay

Go to www.xpressbillpay.com and click on create a new account, or if you already have an account sign in!

Step 2: Add UTOPIA Fiber to your Xpress Bill Pay account.

Once you have created or logged into your Xpress Bill Pay account, you will need to select the Add Account option in the top left corner. This will take you to the Add Account page where you will need to type UTOPIA Fiber into the search bar. Click the UTOPIA Fiber option that pops up when searched.

Step 3: Input your Account number and Last Name

After you have selected the UTOPIA Fiber option under add account, you will need to input your account number and last name. Your account number will be on the email invoice we will send you via email at the beginning of each month.

Upon completing all these steps UTOPIA Fiber will be added to your Xpress Bill Pay account! This will allow you to pay your bill and set up autopay! If paying your bill online through Xpress Bill Pay isn’t something you’d like to do, we have other options available for payment:

  • Calling our customer service team to pay over the phone. You can reach them at (801) 613-3880.
  • Mailing a check, or money order to our office
  • Coming directly to our Murray office to pay there. By default, you will receive an email invoice from us each month letting you know your balance and when your payment is due.

Where can I find my account number?
You can find your account number on the email invoice you will receive from UTOPIA Fiber every month. Your account number will be located on the right side of your invoice under the account information section.
When is my bill due?
You will receive your monthly invoice the first week of the month and payment is due the last day of the month.
What payment methods does Xpress Bill Pay accept?
You can pay your bills with a credit or debit card, or you can transfer funds directly from your checking account.
Does Xpress Bill Pay have an app?
Yes, it is available through Android and iOS.
What if I don't want to pay my bill online?
